Nine-Planet Solar System Zhongtian FaMen Introduction Class Registration Form. By Master QiLin
ZhongTian FaMen is systematically taught by Master QiLin, therefore no tuition fees are required. However the transportation and meals should be paid by the members themselves.
The introduction class is organized for those preparing to enter the higher level of meditation class. ( no matter which semester)
The date of the introduction class will be stated in the admission letter, application start from today.
Applicant will be notified within 7 days via email, if there is no reply within 7 days, kindly make enquiry through email.(The approval of application will only be notified through email reply)
The introduction class will be on Sunday in Taipei. Members staying in the central parts and southern parts of Taiwan can make good use of the buses provided to come to the main activity center by informing which highway exit for pick-up.Whoever interested to take this self-paid bus transportation, please leave your contacts in the mailbox.
Members who bring along their kids please be reminded to book a seat for the bus and the committee members will assist to take care of your kids during the class. For babies or toddlers, members are advised to bring them along with the parents.
If you have already registered, please report yourself at the main activity center according to the address, date, time stated in the admission letter. Committee member will arrange a seat for you.
While waiting for the letter, you may browse through our website as we regard waiting is also a way of cultivating.

2=After making the application, the reply shall take no longer than 7 days. The successful of the registration is determined by receipt of seat number.
3=For those who have no email account, he/she may seek help from the person that introduced them to help for registration and to get the seat number.
4=When the date of the class is approaching, introducer has to encourage and remind their new members accordingly.
5＝If you have not received any response within 7 days, kindly email and to check your status; if you have received any response, please do not reply to that email.

九大行星系中天法門座談會報名表==麒麟法師
由於中天法門是系統性的教學，術科會由麒麟法師親自傳授，不收學費，交通與餐點自理。
座談會為入門招生做準備，必需參加過座談會，(無論那一期座談會)，才可報名入門的高級禪修班，
座談會確定日期會於核准通知書上說明，即日起接受座談會預約報名，
預約報名座談會者，７天內會以網路專函通知座談會，如７天內未收到專函回座談會，
請網路來函查詢。(座談會回覆的核准書，一律使用網路信箱覆函，不使用其他方式。)
座談會地點在台北總壇，會選在星期日，中部或南部的學員，可利用中部與南部的自費遊覽車，
指定交流道接人，可直達總壇，意搭乘自費遊覽車的學員，在座談會的網路信箱核准書上，附上連絡方法。
有攜帶小朋友的學員，如已是兒童，也請幫小朋友定車位。如已是兒童，上課時可委託監護官團隊
託帶，會認人或需餵乳的幼兒，請學員留在自己身邊，自行照顧。
如君已登入座談會名單中，請依網路信箱核准通知書上地址、日期、時間、到總壇時向輔佐官團隊報到，
並由座談官團隊安排就位。
